Ordering
To place an order, a non-refundable deposit/design consultation fee of $2500 is required. This establishes a spot in my build queue and locks in pricing at the time of order. For orders involving particularly rare and exotic materials, a larger deposit may be required. Once construction of your instrument begins, half of the balance is due with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. Warranty
I guarantee my instruments to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is extended to the original owner and will be considered valid for as long as I am in business as a guitar maker. This warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling or improper care, such as exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, nor does it cover regular wear and tear. Should an instrument require a warranty repair, shipping costs are the owner’s responsibility. Periodic maintenance is also the responsibility of the owner and is a condition of this warranty.
